As a Call Center & Reservation Agent, you will be the first person our guests will contact. With your friendly nature you will inspire our guests already during the welcome on the phone, whether in German or in English. Your tasks will include the acceptance and processing of reservation requests as well as the preparation of offers and the processing of vouchers for our tropical holiday world.
