Students from all over Europe have come to Tropical Islands to do a mandatory internship - including Romania, Finland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Hungary and many other countries - have found their way to Tropical Islands.
While our guests enjoy the wonderful variety of the Tropics, behind the scenes many doors are also open to our interns, so you can see all the daily processes and workflows that go into keeping Europe's biggest tropical holiday resort running smoothly. In addition to classic operative departments like food and beverage or guest services you can get a taste of other exciting fields that don't even normally exist in the hotel industry - for example the work of climbers or water engineers. In addition we always have vacant posts in strategic departments like the social media or graphics departments.
